The new Library Catalog is a discovery system used to find Loyola’s physical library collections (books, journals, DVD, archives, and more) as well as the majority of our online resources (e-books, article databases, streaming video, and more). The Library Catalog combines access to all of these resources into a single search location.
Please note that there are many ways to search for and find online resources such as journal articles, e-books, and streaming media. The Library Catalog is not a comprehensive search of all library resources, but it is the most effective way to search a large number of online databases at one time.
Students, faculty, staff, and guests are encouraged to attend library catalog training sessions this fall. Online training sessions will be recorded and made available on the library website.
Additional training sessions will be scheduled to meet demand.
