In partnership with Loyola’s Department of History, Jesuit Community at Loyola, and Midwest SOARRING Foundation
Goals for the event: raise awareness and educate participants on the history of indigenous peoples at Loyola; share diverse cultures of the Native Americans in Chicago; bring about understanding and respect for past and present realities of local Native Americans; learn more about the Cudahy Library mural “New Lands in North America Explored and Evangelized by Fathers of the Society of Jesus”.
