Curriculum Connections is a collection of original lesson plans and resources that help K-12 educators integrate multicultural, anti-bias, and social justice themes into their curricula.
Run through PBS (Public Broadcasting System) in response to September 11, 2001, this online resource includes lesson plans on difficult topics such as war, terrorism, racial tolerance, and patriotism. Each plan includes appropriate grade level and the resources necessary to complete the activity.
This website includes lesson plans for many subject areas, as well as additional informational resources for educators looking to create their own plans.
Education World - Gateway to Education Materials
The Gateway to Educational Materials (GEM) is sponsored by the U.S. Department of Education and "provides educators with quick and easy access to thousands of educational resources found on various federal, state, university, non-profit, and commercial Internet sites."
