U.S. Senate

In 2020, Illinois will elect one U.S. Senator. Dick Durbin (D) is the incumbent. More information will be added about his opponents in the primaries and in the general election as it becomes available.


There will be 33 regular Senatorial elections and one special election for the vacancy in Arizona left by the death of John McCain (R). To see if your senator is up for election, click here.

All 18 of Illinois' representatives in the US House of Representatives are up for election.
