Library Workshops: Finding Focus in a Dizzying Day

A guide to current and past workshops offered by the Loyola Libraries.

Finding Focus in a Dizzying Day

The Workshop --

With more to think about, read, write, and do than we have hours in the day, it’s easy to become overwhelmed.  Discover techniques to focus on what matters, prioritize, and use time wisely.  This workshop will be a conversation; come, share your experiences, and learn from those of your peers.  Questions may be sent to Jane Currie (

Resources at Loyola University Chicago

University Libraries buildings all provide the quiet spaces we often need to bring focus to our dizzying days.  In the Information Commons, visit the third floor.  In Cudahy Library, use the Donovan Reading Room.  In Lewis Library, go to the eighth floor.

The Wellness Center offers programs, small groups, resources, and counseling.
