The AOIC provides support and programming to courts statewide through its offices and divisions: Access to Justice Division, Administrative Services Division, Office of Communications, Children and Family Division, Court Services Division, Human Resources Division, Judicial College, Judicial Education Division, Judicial Management Information Services Division, Office of Statewide Pretrial Services and Probation Services Division.

The Chicago Police Department is the law enforcement agency of the U.S. city of Chicago, Illinois, under the jurisdiction of the City Council. It is the second-largest municipal police department in the United States, behind the New York City Police Department. It has approximately 12,000 officers and over 1,925 other employees. Tracing its roots back to the year of 1835, the Chicago Police Department is one of the oldest modern police forces in the world.

The Cook County Sheriff's Office is the principal law enforcement agency that serves Cook County, Illinois. It is the second largest sheriff's department in the United States, with over 6,900 members when at full operational strength.

​​The Parole Division serves to address public safety and the reentry process. The division has initiated numerous programs and processes to reduce recidivism, address parolee risk to the community and provide numerous reentry services for ex-offenders. Parole provides a series of resources and graduated sanctions in a community based setting to reduce recidivism.

The CIA is a U.S. government agency that provides objective intelligence on foreign countries and global issues to the president, the National Security Council, and other policymakers to help them make national security decisions.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is the domestic intelligence and security service of the United States and its principal federal law enforcement agency. Operating under the jurisdiction of the United States Department of Justice, the FBI is also a member of the U.S. Intelligence Community and reports to both the Attorney General and the Director of National Intelligence. A leading U.S. counter-terrorism, counterintelligence, and criminal investigative organization, the FBI has jurisdiction over violations of more than 200 categories of federal crimes.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) is responsible for all federal prisons and provides for the care, custody, and control of federal prisoners.

The National Asian Peace Officers Association (NAPOA) is the national association that serves as the voice of over 3,000 Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) law enforcement officers and special agents in 22 local chapters across the country.

[The National Association of Black Law Enforcement's] mission is to provide community-based solutions to policing issues which have a direct impact on communities of color and the pivotal roles that African American, Latino, and other criminal justice practitioners of color play. [They] do this through various programs designed to empower youth, enhance the professional, career and personal training of our membership and others in our profession, improve the quality of life in poor and low-income communities, and strengthen the bonds between community members and their law enforcement guardians.

The National Association of Women Law Enforcement Executives (NAWLEE) is the first organization established to address the unique needs of women holding senior management positions in law enforcement. The NAWLEE mission is to serve and further the interests of women executives and those who aspire to be executives in law enforcement.

The National Latino Officers Association (NLOA) is an acknowledged fraternal and advocacy organization. The mission of the NLOA is to create a coordinated network of support without limitations or boundaries. NLOA strives to create affiliations in the wide array of law enforcement agencies and companies that will provide representation and services equivalent to those offered by NLOA.

The NNALEA is a nonprofit organization founded in 1993 in Washington, D.C. and incorporated under the state of Delaware. The mission of the NNALEA is to promote and foster mutual cooperation between American Indian Law Enforcement Officers/Agents/Personnel, their agencies, tribes, private industry and public.

The Tribal Law and Policy Institute (TLPI) is a 100% Native American operated non-profit corporation organized to design and deliver education, research, training, and technical assistance programs which promote the enhancement of justice in Indian country and the health, well-being, and culture of Native peoples.

ATF's responsibilities include the investigation and prevention of federal offenses involving the unlawful use, manufacture, and possession of firearms and explosives; acts of arson and bombings; and illegal trafficking of alcohol and tobacco products. The ATF also regulates, via licensing, the sale, possession, and transportation of firearms, ammunition, and explosives in interstate commerce.

The IAWP served as a clearing house for information, adopted a code of ethics, and was a prelude to professional status, vital to policewomen. The organization has now grown to include members from 73 countries, hold​​s annual training conferences in a different worldwide location each year, and embraces diversity and inclusion, continuing the traditions established by the founders.

Headquartered in Lyon, it has seven regional bureaux worldwide and a National Central Bureau in all 194 member states, making it the world's largest police organization.

The agency's focus is the trafficking in and abuse of illicit drugs, crime prevention and criminal justice, international terrorism, and political corruption. It is a member of the United Nations Development Group.

Part of the Federal Bureau of Prisons, the National Institute of Corrections provides training and resources for personnel in local, state, and federal correction centers.

The Court is the highest tribunal in the Nation for all cases and controversies arising under the Constitution or the laws of the United States. As the final arbiter of the law, the Court is charged with ensuring the American people the promise of equal justice under law and, thereby, also functions as guardian and interpreter of the Constitution.
