Interlibrary Loan (ILL) obtains research materials such as books, articles, and microfilm that are not available from the Loyola libraries.
Document Delivery is a service that allows you to request scanned copies of articles and book chapters from Loyola’s print collections. If the material is not otherwise available online, the library staff will send you pdfs of articles and book chapters within the limitations of copyright law.

The University Libraries uses a system called OpenAthens for providing access to materials from off campus. OpenAthens provides access to electronic resources from any off-campus location.
Before searching the catalog, log in to your library account with your Loyola UVID. This will ensure you are searching more available library resources, and will automatically log you in to OpenAthens.

Submit the Purchase Request Form to suggest a book, e-book, audiobook, film, database, journal, periodical, or any other resource for purchase. A library staff member will follow up to confirm details about the request and determine the best delivery mode for the item.

The Market at Arrupe College
The Market is a free resource to all Loyola University Chicago students and is in partnership with the Greater Chicago Food Depository. Items at the Market vary depending on availability, but can include fresh produce and dairy, frozen foods, and canned goods. Visit The Market, located at Arrupe College in Maguire Hall (1 E.
