If you have a graduate assistantship or plan to teach during your time at Loyola, you can work with the library to obtain teaching and research materials needed for class and other projects. The links below provide information on how to request materials and teaching support from the library.

Become a Circulation Proxy
Faculty may authorize graduate assistants to borrow materials in their name. Authorization forms are available at any circulation desk. Faculty maintain responsibility for these items.
Interlibrary Loan Proxy Form
Faculty members can submit requests for research or teaching assistants to borrow materials on their behalf.
Course Reserves Submission Form
Request the library to put items on Course Reserves for classes you or a directing faculty member are teaching.
