Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)

National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS)
A division of the CDC, NCHS is the principal health statistics agency in the U.S.
National Institutes of Health (NIH)
NIH support biomedical and behavioral research domestically and abroad, conduct research in NIH laboratories and clinics, train research scientists, and develop and disseminate credible, science-based health information to the public.

A uniformed service of health care professionals under the leadership of the Surgeon General.
U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF)
