Computer workstations, professional equipment, and multimedia production facilities across three campus locations.

Computer Labs

Computer labs are open to all students, faculty, and staff. Each includes Microsoft Office, web browsers, research tools, and specialized software for academic disciplines. You’ll need your Loyola ID to access labs.

Equipment Lending

Digital Media Services operates an Equipment Loan Program with professional equipment for academic projects including laptops (Windows and Mac), digital cameras, audio equipment (recorders, microphones, headphones), and presentation tools (adapters, remotes, accessories).

• Information Commons - Room 203 and 2nd floor pickup location
• Lewis Library - Room 608 with multimedia assistance

Production Facilities

• Media Production Studio (IC 207) - Professional video creation with editing workstations, adjustable lighting, and acoustic treatment. Ideal for class projects, research documentation, and multimedia presentations
• Vocal Recording Booth (CLC 608) - Sound-isolated recording with high-quality microphones and editing software. Perfect for podcasts, oral histories, and voice-over work

Both spaces require advance reservations through Digital Media Services. Staff provide equipment training and project consultation. Service hours vary by location - see our library hours for availability.
