About the Library Storage Facility

The Library Storage Facility (LSF) stores approximately 379,000 lesser-used items that library staff can retrieve upon request. LSF is closed to the public, but Loyola faculty, staff, and students can request items to be on hold for pickup at any circulation desk. For more details, please see Requesting Items.

If you would like to request a journal volume, microfilm/microfiche, or another type of item that does not circulate, please use the non-circulating request form.

If a user requests an item that is missing or damaged, requests will be cancelled and the user notified.
