When access to the library, a database, an article, or any other online resource is not working, you may need to refer the issue to library staff for resolution. You can do this by emailing libsyshelp@luc.edu. You can also share this email with the user, if they want to be contacted regarding the issue resolution.

In addition to their name and email, it is helpful to get any of the following information from a patron:
- Whether they’re on or off campus
- Whether they are logged into Loyola's network or using a VPN or some other network
- Operating System (including version)
- Browser (including version)
- The search they attempted from the Library homepage or database
- Copy and paste the URL from the Primo or database search
